When viewing models by tag, default to time period of "All Time"

This is needlessly confusing to users who click a tag to find more models with that tag. It doesn’t really help prevent overloading the user because there’s already a system for not loading more models till the user scrolls down, and the vast majority of tags aren’t going to have much new LoRAs in the past month (the default time period to show).
