Vertical Reactions Bar

Hey there - wanted to make a quick suggestion about moving the reactions to the left or right of an image vertically. The idea came to me during the Text-tacular contest. A lot of the time, when browsing submissions, the reaction emojis obscured the text at the bottom of images, rendering the text unreadable unless you actually click on the image.
