Toggle notifications for specific profiles without unfollowing.

Some creators release many multiple loras at a time, some will update or release on occasion. The ability to enable/disable notifications for specific accounts will allow users to stay up to date on the creators whose content would otherwise be lost in the notifications page, while still showing support for the creators that make large contributions to the community.

A toggle should be easier to implement for the meantime until the filtering/sort system for notifications is released. The demand for a filtering system could be greatly reduced if users were given the options for the types of alerts from each profile a user from the beginning, before it reaches their notifications tab.
