The LoRA strength slider is locked for some LoRAs depending on how the LoRA was added to the generation panel

The generation panel UI behaves differently for some LoRAs (like this one https://civitai.com/models/213307 ) depending on how the LoRA was added.

If the LoRA was added via a quick search that pops up upon clicking "Add Additional Resource", the LoRa slider works fine.

But if the same LoRa is added from the LoRA page by clicking "Create", the LoRA strength slider is LOCKED in one position, the value cannot be changed either by dragging the slider or by manually entering it in the edit box.

To reproduce the effect, you need to go to the LoRA page, make sure that the LoRA base model type matches the current model type in the generation panel, make sure that this LoRA is not in the resource list, and refresh the page again to make sure.
