Tags for LORAs and grotesque physique

Please, please can we have auto-tags for LORAs that the system knows has been used, and a tag for images of people with impossibly inflated anatomy. I understand that the deluge of child porn is a whack-a-mole problem, but it would be really lovely to be able to screen out the grossly misogynistic LORAs and generations.
