Support "Preferred Weight" metadata for LoRAs

With Automatic1111 version 1.5, a new "Edit Metadata" panel was introduced for models.
For LoRAs (and maybe others, like LyCO, haven't checked), this has both Activation Text and a Preferred Weight property.

It would be great if Civit would also have a Preferred Weight attached to models that uses it. Totally optional for the uploaders on civit of course.

This way, when extensions like "CivitAI Helper" (https://github.com/butaixianran/Stable-Diffusion-Webui-Civitai-Helper) gets updated and support these features, they could get the data straight from civit, and we have a much easier time making our LoRA collections easy to use.
