Suggest unique filenames for model uploads.

It would be nice if you got a warning/hint if the filename of your model already is used by another upload. And give good hint to help the user add model-type, version and maybe author to the name.

So you can avoid having zelda.safetensors, zelda (1).safetensors, zelda (2).safetensors and so on.
