Several Bounty Feature Requests

I often post bounties on Civitai and I feel like there are some features that would make them more engaging and more fun for the community.

1: Allow image ordering in bounties

Currently there is no way to control the order of images in a bounty submission. The workaround for this is to create a post on your profile and then link to it from the bounty, but this is a poor experience and all of the reactions are on the post rather than the bounty submission. Also, users often forget or don't realize they need to do this.

2: Allow locking submissions and entering a "voting stage"

Often we want to allow the submission with the most reactions to win the bounty. However, this is a flawed system because people who submit at the beginning of the bounty have much more time to gain reactions than people who submit at the very end. If we could lock submissions and enable a "voting stage", we could track reactions only during that stage, making it more fair. Ideally this should be decoupled from the actual reward (meaning, I can use this to determine what the community thinks, but I still get final say over who actually wins)

3: Allow multiple winners

Often I want to have a 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winner. This is possible by selecting a 1st place winner and tipping the 2nd and 3rd place winners manually. However, this 1: does not unlock any submissions that those users made to the bounty, and 2: does not show up as part of the "bounty total value", so it appears the bounty is paying less than it really is.

Users should be able to make submissions, and then select whether their submission unlocks for 1st, 2nd, or 3rd place. (Or just first place, etc... depending on if the reward for lower stages is worthwhile to them)

4: Require submissions to become public if they win

As a bounty creator, I want to results of my bounty to be public to the civitai community. I would like the option to require all submittors to accept that if they win, their bounty will automatically become public to all. If the submitter decides they do not accept this condition, they can choose not to participate in that bounty.
