Save Tagging on Images before Committing

Users would like an option to save a copy of their tagging work & images before moving to the next stage of the tagger. Some users can spend *hours* in this screen doing work, but if the site blips or their session drops, the upload may fail and cause frustration - a save local copy before submitting option would negate this.
