Retry option within onsite Lora Trainer

Currently when an onsite Lora training fails, you can click on the failed lora and look through the settings you used. However when attempting to resubmit, it says "Lora already submitted for training" and nothing happens.

It might also be useful to be able to 'clone' previous jobs to try re-training with different advanced settings, different num repeats etc, this has the additional advantage of keeping your painstakingly entered caption data rather than having to retype everything.
