Resume location of notifications

Okay, so I'm not sure even if this is possible and this isn't really needed, but is there a way to resume where you were on notifications after clicking on a notification. For instance I like clicking on notifications to see what they were and then my notification is scrolled all the way back to the top. I then need to scroll all the way back down to get back to the same notification or to see other notifications that are by that single notification. I get many notifications a day so this can get pretty egregious. Again this isn't really needed, but if it could be possible, it would be a wonderful addition.

Another Suggestion, prioritize notifications that have not been viewed yet. For example/ what I am explaining, notifications you have not viewed yet will always be at the top of the notifications tab. This will make it so you will never miss a notification. With the current way notifications are implemented, if you miss a notification you will be notified about missing the notification, but the notification will sometimes not show/ be where the newest notifications are. Not sure if the notification gets delayed, but I have experienced where I click on all notifications and then an hour later there will be a few from the previous hour that I did not view.
