Resize LoRA Option

The vast majority of LoRAs posted here are way too large for what they do: 200MB+ is very common, when 20MB would be perfectly fine for the same quality output.

This means our hard drives are filling up with unnecessarily huge LoRAs. While it’s possible to resize them locally using Kohya, it takes a bit of time and leaves the machine unusable for other stuff while doing so.

Would be great to have an option on Civitai to resize LoRAs.
