Remove the auto-deleting of "incompatible resources" when remixing

It is self-explanatory. Almost all image generations except for flux maybe have been using a mixture of resources. Some SDXL loras/embeddings are much better with pony checkpoint and vice versa. automatically deleting them adds 10x work when creating images.

It is the single most horrible feature implemented on this site, personally. It makes everything much more tedious, chaotic and less flexible.
