reaction with sexy , nude nsfw / tags/ flags

Hello, i recently start to put models and post on this site , i got no problem with the fact you put flags like sexy attire or so on the pic.

it just when i got to my profile and picture list , if i want to see the reaction if have to clock on each sexy one to see if the got reaction or no , so i suggest if able to have the reaction move up one or to line or put more on top of the pictures for those one ?

it just a confort feature , or maybe i missed something in the options ?
