Random showcase images from recently seen users

A section on the frontpage, or a separate page, to show random images from people seen active on the site in the last week. Especially for users I’m not already following.

This should help find new active creators that are worth following, without having to wade through the new images feed constantly. It would also give everyone a fair chance at being discovered, as long as the randomization is weighed so that each user has equal chance of being selected, regardless of how many showcase images they have.
