Put a limit on number of submissions in contests.

A limit on the number of submissions will not only make sure people put effort to choose before uploading them, it will also make approval process faster and easier for staff.

Plus, it'll be easier for other users to find and upvote good submissions.

I suggest max 5 per competition, but you guys can make better decision based on the data you have of your users.
