Publishment of pictures according to clearance

According to the civitai-bot, the pictures are published by the publish date/time.

I tried to verify that by publishing an older pic, can’t confirm it.

Then, if the pictures are flagged for review, the time they were “published” is used to determine the display order on the page - not the point of time it was really published, i.e. the clearance.

Please set the time stamp according to the clearance point of time.
