Proposal for Caching User Collections to Enhance Performance and User Experience

I would like to propose the implementation of a caching mechanism for user collections. Specifically, I suggest caching only the identifiers and names of the collections, rather than the images themselves. This strategy could yield significant improvements in both system performance and user experience.

Currently, opening the user collections window takes approximately 5 seconds. This latency negatively impacts the user experience, especially for those who frequently add images to their collections. By caching the identifiers and names of collections, we can substantially reduce this load time, making the process much smoother and more enjoyable for users.

Additionally, implementing this caching solution would not only speed up user interactions but could also result in considerable data savings on our end.
