Profile-wide settings for model monetization etc.

Thank you for implementing the option to allow models to be used only for on site generation! I am also looking forward to the new monetization service that you are planning! But I currently am approaching my 50th model upload, and I really don't want to go into each one and adjust the settings for the new features, so having something like a "set it here and apply for all models" kinda thing would be really good.
