Post descriptions not at the bottom of pages

Why I gotta scroll all the way too the bottom of a giant post just to see the creators thoughts?
Post descriptions could be maybe at the top between the tags and images or maybe off to the side. Plenty of room there, could add comments to the side too. Maybe make the posts page similar to the images where its not just a giant vertical scrollfest, with multiple rows of images viewable.
