Post Count Limit to minimize Spam

One the issues that has been really annoying to me is seeing the spam of similar images with minors differences. This really oversaturates and spams the page. There is nothing interesting or beneficial in seeing 20 different varients of an image.

I think a simple upload count limit would have people post only their best / highest quality result rather then just spamming their entire output folder.
