People you are following & your followers: Display date, allow comments, add groups

For the pages that show the people I'm following or the followers of me, It'd be nice if we had these features:

• Display date that the user was added

• Allow for a field to type free text comments

• (probably the most difficult feature of these) Allow for creating groups and then sorting the people into those groups.

Reasons

There are a few reasons for this.

For people I'm following, I may want to check out their profiles every now and then. I may be interested in certain users for their models, other users for images, other users for certain styles of images.

Whenever someone follows me, I like to check out their profile and then follow them back if I like them. However there are many users with no shared content, so I'd like to denote that on my followers page.

The date I started following someone or someone became a follower of me can be helpful. That'll let me know if I perhaps already reviewed their profile. Please see the related request Notifications: Separate out new following users, where notifications of new followers can get buried in the update notifications.
