p2p model downloads over torrents

In the past, we have enjoyed using torrents and still do. However, I am considering making Civitai faster by leveraging community help to distribute models through torrents. I use qBittorrent and love it. I used to use torrents, but after Microsoft bought it, I found it to now it is crap..
