Option to hide downloaded models/loras/embeddings

I think it would be nice if downloaded models by the user can be hidden.

Since there is already a metric that keeps track of which models have been downloaded by the user.

I think this would improve the user experience as the user won't have to see LORA's or models they have already downloaded before. Allowing the user to only see new models or if that model is updated.

I think hiding models already downloaded by the user can lessen some unnecessary strain on the server as users don't have to dig through models they likely has already seen or downloaded, hence web page don't need to load a model or LORA the user likely already has tried and only new stuff will populate their front page.

Having a filter or tab in the user page to see which models the user has downloaded and sort by which model has been recently updated can also improve the user experience, in case the user wishes to redownload a model.
