Opt-out Civbot from leaderboards

Since CivBot is a (mostly?) automated account, I don’t think it’s proper for it to take a spot on the Writer leaderboards. There’s apparently already an opt-out system for users to voluntarily request to not be listed on the leaderboards, so the technical stuff needed for this suggestion already exists.
