On site Toasts

On-site toasts for:

• when a new model is released

• message/reply to a forum thread/image uploaded/reply to a message left under an image commented on (also grouped if the replies are originating from a single message board/forum reply)

The only indicator is sent to email for any messages(something of which is just spamming our inbox for(this should be toggle-able)(I got sick of the Civitai message spam, so I have changed it to an email I don't use for anything else)(something that should get looked into, maybe a weekly digest instead of an incremental daily message).

Yes you have the icon in the top right, but the TINY red dot is barely noticeable, especially on large format displays.(not including I'm 90% colorblind, so I don't see the 'red' dot at all.)

Edit-Maybe have the color of the red dot - not red?? How about a color that's brighter and more noticeable?(i.e. yellow/lime green?)
