Notification option when model becomes available for download

Currently if you follow someone you will get notified if a new model is released. At least one user I follow releases models for generation only initially and then some later get released for download. I would love an option either similar to early access where I can flag these models for when they become available for download or if I could set notifications only for models that can be downloaded.
