Note what version of a model a comment was made.

Thought this would be a nice feature, especially for models that have multiple versions. I think this would help with confusion if someone comments something about an issue with a model. For example someone could comment on a model when it was in version 1.0 where maybe it was less flexible. Someone looking at the model when it's on version 5.0 may not be able to know that the flexibility had been fixed, see that comment, and decide not to try the model. If the comment was marked, they may notice that the comment was old, even though it may say 6 months ago, it may help clarify some things.
