Currently, when users submit reports for moderation on Civitai, they receive no feedback on the moderation process. Users are left unaware if their report has been reviewed by a moderator, and in cases where a report is rejected, no feedback is provided. This lack of transparency can lead to the perception that reports are overlooked, and there's a possibility that moderators may misunderstand the report's intent.
To address this, I propose that Civitai implement a feature to enhance user engagement and trust in the moderation process. This would involve creating a private page for each user, accessible only by them, which displays their moderation reports. Each report should be assigned a status to indicate its current phase - whether it has yet to be reviewed, is under investigation, or has been closed. For closed reports, additional statuses should indicate whether the report was accepted or rejected.
Implementing such a system would significantly increase transparency in the moderation process and bolster user trust. It would also encourage more productive and effective user participation in moderation efforts on the site.
