Marking models as downloaded

the ability to mark/tag models as downloaded would be super handy to

especially for people that have tons of models downloaded , currently the only way to do this is to make a collection that you have to consult every time you want to check.

it could also adds a little flare in the over the model thumbnail to to be able to read it even when scrolling by.
