Make users complete a tutorial before being able to review a model.

I know that the review system is still being reworked but i have a suggestion. Create a simple tutorial that a person can read and have to complete before making a review. This could be as simple as just saying "Here is how you review a model" showing steps and also maybe some guidelines as to what to expect from a model review. For instance the person using the model, did they use it correctly. Did they use the model in the prompt, is the model on the recommended strength. Stuff like that. Once the tutorial is finished, the person can review whatever and whenever. I think this will first teach people how to correctly use a model, but also help stop people from spamming bad reviews as it's another layer they have to go through. Also maybe after completing the tutorial you get a badge. Then the person has an incentive for completing the tutorial.
