Make the user showcase a real page (or collection)

The user showcase isn’t large and even then you can’t see much of it almost all of the time. In addition to its “user page splash” function, it should be a user subpage (/user/xxx/showcase) or just a special collection. In either case it should be linked other user subpages are (“View entire showcase →”).
