Make sort by new and updated as its own separate option.

Currently sorting by new will also show updated models. Most of time I am more interested on these updated models that suggests it is well maintained by its uploader and made with effort, rather than dozens of new models that is probably a one-off low effort stuff that is not supposed to exist in first place. This is especially true as Lora creation has become much more accessible with very low cost and investments (as opposed to TI) and everyone thinks they are lora astist, so it tend to be produced in quantity, but questionable quality every day. So having 'updated' as its own sort option is kind of big deal for me. Plus it should be simple and quick to implement.
