Make size of Generate button fixes

Currently, when changing batch size for image generation, Generate button changes size if the generation buzz cost needs to be calculated thereby shifting batch size spinner to the left so it can no longer be clicked without moving the mouse cursor or waiting until buzz cost is recalculated when Generate buttons returns to normal size. Generate button should have fixed size regardless of the state of buzz calculation so it does not affect position of other controls, notably batch size spinner.
