Make profile cover image vertical size (height) dynamic

Currently, profile cover image size is fixed regardless of uploaded image height, i.e. if uploaded image is shorter than suggested 1600x400px (e.g. 1600x50px) rest of the vertical space is filled with blank pushing the rest of the content down. It would be nice if cover image size is dynamic and obeys uploaded image height instead of filling it with blank space.
