Make model filenames searchable

The downloaded files associated with models - especially loras - are often completely unrelated to the main title of the lora. Later, when I'm trying to find the trigger word for a lora, often the only thing I have to go on is the file name on my hard drive, but that isn't a searchable property. Please include the downloadable resources as properties associated with the models when searching.
