Make lora authors put "real person" in webpage titles, when appropriate.

Civitai’s current policy of putting, “This resource is intended to reproduce the likeness of a real person” at a position, that requires scrolling to read, is not enough. “Real person” should be put in the title of the webpage so people don’t waste their time clicking, scrolling, and reading unwanted minutia. And, that would reduce Civitai’s potential legal liabilities.
