Make Filter Bar Sticky on Scroll

It would be nice if when scrolling through a Users photo gallery, the filter tab bar stayed sticky.

On some of the larger galleries (ie 1,000+ images), it's easy to lose track of how big of a gallery you've scrolled into.

It would also be nice if the Images tab showed a sort of progression bar along the bottom of the tab or somewhere on the page.
