Make Content Moderation Settings Clearer

Right now the feature for choosing what to blur and what not to blur is incredibly confusing. It asks you to "toggle" what you ARE comfortable with seeing, and then puts check marks next to what you click and turns it blue. Logically, a checkmark usually equals "yes, it's okay", same with the color blue, but instead it's marking what to block.

I had to read through so many discussion comments and do so much clicking and unclicking to finally figure out:

A) That it's even possible to turn off the 13+ blur without also turning off the 18+ blur

B) How to do it

From what I was reading during the process, it seems like lots of other users are just as confused. Changing it so blue + checkmark means you're okay with seeing it, or adding wording to make it much clearer what is "on" and what is "off" would help a lot. Yes you can do what I did and eventually figure it out, but it shouldn't be this hard, especially when it comes to something important like blurring things you find distressing.
