Lower age rating weight of "miniskirt"

The rating widget concludes miniskirt=sexy clothing=PG-13 minimum rating=must be manually approved (when combined with other unclear criteria). The problem is that the rater is really, really bad at determining what’s a miniskirt and what’s a skirt. This is a coin flip even on skirts of the same length (I think it takes into account leg length, which is a terrible practice since Pony tends toward abnormally long legs already and it has no concept of prospective).

Such overly sensitive flagging clogs up an already slow mod queue (also remember that images sent to queue are screwed in reactions since they don’t appear in sort by newest anymore).
