LoRA Training Tagging - De-duplicate Tags

During the second step of training a LoRA on-site (Add Training Data), sometimes, replacing tags or adding tags have a good chance of being duplicated and included in tag count, inflating the number unnecessarily. Example would be an image being tagged with something like “miniskirt” twice and counted twice on the tag count.

The site should detect any tag duplication and automatically strip the extra tag, or provide a warning of tag duplication. If some people want this behavior, they can simply ignore the warning, or have an option to turn off tag de-duplication.
