Link to loras, checkpoints, TI, etc from prompts

it would be really cool to have links to the different loras, checkpoints, TI, etc when you are looking at the prompt text shown when you click the (i) button in the bottom right hand corner of an image. When the prompt text is showing have a hyper link to click on when say a lora is being used
