Leaderboard Enhancements

Current mechanism of leaderboards could be changed from a purely competitive mode to one which supports competition through recognising & rewarding personal development, giving more members of the Civitai community a change to gain badges and a sense of recognized achievement.

To this end:

a) badges are decoupled from leaderboards entirely

b) leaderboards to be moved deeper into the site, perhaps inside a community engagement area which highlights positive contributions made by members of the community other than creating & submitting large volumes of near identical youtubers/dresses/hentai characters/etc.

c) badges are reworked & linked to individual cumulative achievement (e.g. exponential increments in downloads/likes/etc to award badges in current or revised categories) per person, and not a matter for more than personal competition or to track personal all time achievement - also encourages creators to branch out from their current areas of interest as most people have the Boy Scout/Girl Guide gene hardwired.
