Keep model web link the same if ne version added

For example current link is

https://civitai.com/models/101242/crystal-liu-or-liu-yifei-cn-actress

but when new version of model released, correct link is changed to https://civitai.com/models/96180?modelVersionId=xxxxxx

and previous link shows newest version of this model.

Instead of this generate and use second link structure immediately for first published version of model too.

Why?

Some people are bookmarking links from your website and they want to go to the same model page everytime.
