Indication of showcased/featured images

There is an ever increasing amount of complaints on the discord targeting post/images that receive an unlikely amount of reactions on the site. Most of these are founded but some mistakenly report images that have been featured/showcased on the front page. Some sort of indication/tag/flag on the site to show that an image have been featured would be very useful, to why they naturally get a large number of reaction.
