Indication if you have downloaded a model before on Search pages

While scrolling through a wall of images trying to look for something (for example, if you’re trying to find a specific version of a character or concept), it’d be very helpful if CivitAI could mark on the search page if you’ve already downloaded a specific model before.

Of course, some models may have multiple subversions within it, so that will need some differentiating too.

We already have this for if you go into a model’s details, but there is no way to tell this from just the search pages.
