Implement ability to stop generation job without deleting already completed images.

It is a very common situation when generation hangs while only part of the images are completed. So the choice arises: to terminate the whole job with deletion of all images (maybe some of them deserve publication) or to wait for this job (maybe forever), since the number of active jobs is limited and hanging jobs are considered active.
