Hide same prompt frontpage spammers

Hello,

The frontpage and leaderboard system entice people to spam for visibility.

A proposition would be to change how visibilty works to improve quality over quantity on civitai.

A solution would be to limit per hour how much an user can appear on the frontpage with pictures.

We think it would entice people doing quality over flooding the front page of civitai.
