Hidden or filtered content indication

Alternative 1:
Do not hide / filter out content that a user has not willingly chosen to filter out.

Alternative 2:
If content that a user has not chosen to filter out is being hidden, indicate it with a visual message. Similar to how mature content filtering does, shown in the attached screenshot.
