Hex code support for the text color-picker

Civitai already supports a full range of colors for your text, but if you want different parts of your text to be the same color, you have to try to find the same spot on the same gradient, hoping the color looks the same. Allowing hex codes would allow us to do more beautiful presentations and it should be an easy implementation.
